Community Support Workers

Community Support Workers (CSW) work hands-on with adults with developmental disabilities. The focus of this position is to support individuals to achieve a full and meaningful life in as many aspects as they so choose. CSW’s may take individuals to community events, volunteering opportunities, or assist with tasks such as grocery shopping or running errands. This position requires a personal vehicle and additional insurance.

Group Home Residence Worker

Employees in group home facilities work hands-on with adults with developmental disabilities. They assist people in all aspects of daily living and enhance their quality of life by promoting community inclusion, independence in daily life skills, and access existing community-based recreational and community resources. Our group home facility requires attentive staff around the clock. This position requires a valid First Aid certificate, Restricted Class 4 Drivers Licence, and previous experience.
