At Kamloops Society for Community Inclusion (KSCI), we support individuals with developmental disabilities to live full, connected lives—accessing housing, employment, and community on their own terms. Behind that work is a volunteer Board of Directors that helps ensure KSCI is well-governed, financially responsible, and strong for the long term.
As we continue strengthening our governance, we’re currently seeking new volunteer directors—especially people with backgrounds in property management, real estate, or law. These skills are particularly helpful as we steward our assets responsibly and make thoughtful decisions that support the people and programs we serve.
Serving on KSCI’s Board is a chance to:
- Contribute strategic guidance that supports inclusion in Kamloops
- Help strengthen the systems that protect and sustain community-based services
- Bring your professional perspective to a mission-driven organization
- Learn alongside a Board that is committed to thoughtful, values-aligned governance
If you’re someone who leads with care, asks good questions, and wants to support inclusion in a practical, meaningful way, we would love to hear from you.
